We stand behind YardPal 100%. If you're not winning more jobs with visual proposals, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
14-Day Free Trial
Before you pay anything, you get 14 days to try YardPal completely free. During your trial:
- No credit card required to start
- You will NOT be charged
- You have full access to Starter plan features
- You can create designs and send proposals
After your 14-day trial ends, you can subscribe to any plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) to continue. Your data is saved for 30 days if you need more time to decide.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your first 60 days:
- Send an email to support@yardpal.net
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email address
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
That's it. No lengthy forms. No hoops to jump through. We'll process your refund and you'll receive confirmation by email.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
What Happens to My Designs?
If you request a refund, you will retain access to YardPal until the end of your current billing period. We recommend downloading any designs you want to keep before your access expires. After your subscription ends, your designs will be deleted from our servers after 30 days.
Cancellation vs. Refund
It's important to understand the difference:
Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments (unless within 60 days of first payment). You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund:
A refund returns your payment and is only available within 60 days of your first payment. After requesting a refund, your subscription will be cancelled and you'll receive your money back.
Renewal Refunds
Annual subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. However, if you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the next year. You can check your renewal date in your account settings.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at support@yardpal.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and loss of access to designs.
